On left menu
Weapon Points > Gun Points

On right menu
Bank > click yellow square for new bank
then
Point >click yellow square to create a gun point

Hold CTRL and click on gun point to move.

As to how to use the top icons to find the new gun point is up to you.  :P

Ditto, now can you lock it so it only moves on one axis?
That's cool and ....disturbing at the same time o_o  - Vasudan Admiral

Yeah - It's clunky though.
The icon boxes (with blue) combined with the X Y Z locks

I HATE the lock system.

Or if you don't mind another unintutive hack
CTRL + left mouse = the blue plain from the icon (2 axis) but
CTRL + right mouse = NOT the blue plain (single axis and no messing with locks)
