I'm sorry but this is just wrong. Can anyone explain to me why Canada should go this far to protect a child-like minority?

Canada is very often too PC for its own good. Like, did you know that Toronto has recently opened up a school only for Black kids. Yes, that right - segregation has been re-introduced in 21st century Canada.

Except that instead of the white majority segregating the black minority its the black minority segregating themselves.  Yeah we pretty much let everyone get away with everything when it comes to this sort of thing.

On the surface were a nation of multicultural tolerance but underneath I'm a bit afraid of where we're headed.

In Canada, minorities have ALL the power. I can't stress this enough. We've got Asshole natives (not all natives, just the assholes) *****ing at Ol' Steve cause their grandparents were put in residential schools, Muslims *****ing at us because of indecent exposure and ****, Sikhs *****ing cause they can't bring knives to school, Africans *****ing at us because they can't immigrate - And we (politicians) listen to most of them!. My friend gets free uni/college education - All because his grandmother was Inuit!

I have to disagree about the Natives. They well and truly got fu**ed over, and continue to be. Check the average lifespan on the reservations as compared to the rest of Canada, and tell me I'm wrong. As far as I'm concerned, they can have all the cheap smokes and casinos they want.

But yes, in general Canada is too willing to bend its laws for minorities. The issue is too far along now to hope for integration, so I'm just going to sit back and watch with amusement as visible minorities turn into majorities.

Well, the Asians aren't really a minority, since you'll see them everywhere in Canada. (Not to say I don't like Asians, hell, I think most of them are cool. Especially the south Korean ones )

But by everywhere, I mean like, for example, more then half my school is Asian. My principal used to be Chinese as a matter of fact, before he got switched out by some white bald guy.
