As usual, I found these names through light skimming. If I dig more, I might be able to find some DL's (the Hedetet is easy, its in ITDOH and also on StratComm's website)

StratComm is gone, we'd have to get a hold of him another way. I don't think it will be too hard. But harder than contacting your average member.

On the subject of missing models, I just spent upwards of 2 hours looking for one. In the FS2 Demo, there was a Nahema which had turrets, like they did in FreeSpace 1. I deleted the FS2 Demo a few years ago, but I grabbed the turreted Nahema, seeing it as a good ship to drop into a mod. But now I can't find where I put it. Anybody have it? Attaching it or a download at fsmods.net would be nice. The Demo downloads aren't working either, in case you were wondering.

I've never been graced with playing the FS2 Demo myself
But yes, a turreted Nahema would make the player's life a lot easier than it already is in my mod/campaign...maybe too easy.

I uploaded the Hedetet to fsmods, so it should be up there soon (waiting for administrator approval?).

I love that light/heavy cruiser... its like the vas equivilent of the fenris/leviathan pair..

And then that all changes.

Regardless, I love flying the Nahema. Take the best parts from an Ares and a Perseus and stick them together, throw in the ability to lob bombs.

I hope someone contacts StratComm and gets those other kickass ships. The Hedetet needs a fleet to go with it.

Actually, the default table entries have a bug where you have *less* speed if you increase your engine energy (fixed in my mod), and the turn speed sucks as much as any other shivan bomber (slightly worse than ursa).

Nevertheless, fun to fly, especially with the inclusion of a bomb that enters subspace, then comes out at the target at high speed and impacting with a satisfyingly large explosion.

The speed issue, yea, that was fixed long ago. The turn rate has never bothered me in the slightest. Gives me steadier aim.  I hate over-sensitive handling in fighters like the Enceladus from INFA, I can never hit anything in one.

So, anyone going to email StratComm, or will I have to do it?

So, I uploaded the Nahema from the demo.

I have two questions though... it appears that the first upload (Hedetet) didn't go through because I wasn't logged in, so should I just upload while logged in, or wait for approval?

Second question is, do people want me to upload the FS2 demo?
