Re: Galactic Terran Missle Frigate
Doesn't look like it'd work in-game, because for it to actually use its missile turrets they'd have to be sub objects with the missile flag and the relevant data. At a a glance it just looks like you've put little missile tubes. That won't work on a capital ship.

You're not going to be shooting planetary bombardment out of turrets my friend. As for the conventional lower yield warheads, i haven't added any turrets yet, as i always do that last.

Something about the design feels off to me. Good start, though.

Lysithea's not a ship class in INFA, anyway.

N00bs, Google the name and find out... :P

It's easy to tell it's a Greek or Roman mythological reference without Googling it. The language makes it obvious.

I believe Lysithea is an epithet for Semele? ...yeah, Google seems to agree.

Re: Galactic Terran Missle Frigate
How about modelling in launch tubes, pathing them as per fighter docks and making wee bespoke missile "fighters", with kamakazie orders, to launch from them ?

Um, I know it's a moon of Jupiter, if that's what you're laughing at. And you're obviously aware that the moon is named after the mythical Lysithea.

I went straight to the source.

How did you get that from his post?  He never said he hated inf.  All he said was he was going to use the name.  If you read his posts, when he first found out, it seemed like he considered not using the name because he thought inf was using it.  Why do you need to be so negative starting drama?
