I started this campaign about four years ago, and I still haven't even finished the demo. I don't intend to quit. But Pathways needs members, and hopefully I can get this thing back on its feet.

Who I need:

• Storyline editors
• FREDers (aside from myself)
• Beta testers
• Voice actors in the future or near future
• Maybe a modeler or texture artist if I decide we may need one.

I'll help with the storyline; I write fiction pretty well. The only other things that I really do with FreeSpace is FRED, and table edit. But, I'm a pretty average FREDer (and thoroughly swamped with my own campaign). If you do need any help with tables, I could probably do that too.

I've been writing really for about a year. All of the stuff that I had written for school kind of caused me to have an aversion towards writing; I really have to thank one excellent teacher for changing that. In addition, most of the stuff that I have written has been poetry as opposed to prose.

I've been playing flight sims since the original X-Wing.  I can test your campaign until there's nothing left to test.     I've also done theater, and can voice act fairly well; the trouble is that I don't have decent recording equipment to do it with. 

I'm also a writer; if you want to see my works, the most polished ones are here and here.  I don't know if you'd want my services in that capacity, though, since as you can see from the timestamps of the posts, I write slowly most of the time.  I've also started seriously working on learning FRED, but I don't think I'm ready to take on a campaign yet.

No seriously, a lot of people could use this. For references see...well my comments on the nature of Shivan tactics and why they are so hard to beat, the Lilth cruiser, why you can't lock Shivans in the Plato mission, and a host of other well-reasoned posts that GenFS ignores.

Depending on the type and timeframe of the modeling you may or may not want, I might be able to help.  I currently have a couple of modeling projects on my hands which I should be working on, but I might be able to add another.  I have experience in modeling (see my stuff in my sig).  As you may be able to tell, I am better with blocky designs.  I can also screw around with tile textures, but UVMapping is beyond me.  Oh, and I can convert models to POF.

Not wanting to tread on Zoltan's toes here (or anyone else that's offered since), but I'd be up for helping you with writing the story too. Don't know if you'd need (or want) more than one guy, but the offer's open.

If you want to look at some of my work I can forward you a little chunk of the novel I'm about half way through.

As for voice acting, have you looked into using that Voice Actors Guild that's turned up? Looks like a free resource for getting voice work into mods. Could be pretty cool.

Dude!  You can count on me for voice acting, story editing, and once my Windows systems are back online, FREDing (although it's been a while since I've FREDed so I'd be more of an underling in this department).  If you plan to cover composition too, I could work on that.

I could try and get involved in a project as a beginner FREDder. I am quite comfortable with the program having completed the tutorial mission and one of my own.

With some minor guidance I could contribute.

It would be a chance to learn seeing that FRED academy is filled up before I continue my own projects.
