Oh just saw the thread. If it is a marketing stunt that's completely changed my opinion of them, from benevolent provider to another corporation willing to betray the trust of its users in favor of profit.

So apparently something happened in my karate class last Tuesday and now there's a police investigation and I have no idea what's going on but I have to go to the police department tomorrow. Also I have karate tomorrow morning. Uhm.

teacher was a bit too "hands-on" especially with "private tutoring" is what I think it is.

i think i slept for a day or two. somewhere in that i got up to play starcraft 2. just had a grilled cheese and bacon sandwich. probibly going to debug that circuit board, which seems to have stopped working.

I'm taking a break from this site for a while to get some personal issues set in order. The most pressing issue at this point is getting a birthday present for my friend. I'll need to take a good look around town to find something a bit more interesting.

found the bug, the 5v power pin on the mcu wasnt getting any juice. somehow one of the traces broke. an ugly jumper wire later and its as good as new (except theres an ugly red wire soldered to the bottom).

 dorms are fun, but once you know some people, then off-campus is better

the actual living quarters are better off campus, but i much prefer remaining on campus for the college life aspect.  i can go to all kinds of events much easier, and there are always people around.
