Has anyone seen a movie called Confucius?

Our class has been watching it in Chinese class lately, but since I live in Taiwan it's all Chinese subtitles and half the movie is in ancient Chinese. Needless to say I have no idea what's going on most of the time, and most of my classmates can only understand half of and they study it in class.

Good movie though...

So you have to be a Pokémon specifically, not just something related to Pokémon?

I went to a heroes-and-villains themed party last year, but I couldn't get a costume arranged. So I just took a toy Pokéball and said I was a "generic Pokémon trainer".

Kendo tonight, twas super fun as always. We had an odd number of people with bogu (armour) so one of the sparring sessions was myself vs two of my classmates. It was completely outside official Kendo standards but hell if it wasn't fun and hilarious. I took a pretty hard shot to the upper forearm above the kote (gauntlet) during the sparring with our instructor so I figure I'll have a sweet black and blue tomorrow.
