I played with plaster the whole friggin day. One client ordered 50 different pieces of rapid prototypes. And as usual "they're in kind of a hurry... could you make them fast...".
Took me the whole day to dig 'em out of that sea of plaster. But as long as the client is happy...

From experience I'd say that's good for stamina but weights work wonders in comparison, there's only so much pressing your own weight'll do.

Anyway, today I watched with no small amount of amusement a pair of young children, one young girl, one young boy, both around 7~8. Boy was teasing the girl, the girl was telling him to cut it out. Boys being boys, he didn't and eventually the girl cried. Boy immediately stopped, tried to get her to stop eventually picked a random flower from the ground to give it to her and told her, "Next time you cry, come find me, I give you flower, okay?" The girl immediately stopped and said, "Okay!"
