TBP 3.4b Final. Special thanks
I'd like to take the opportunity to publicly thank the following people for making TBP 3.4b Final possible. There came a point in the development of this mod where the entire official team vanished, leaving just myself. I struggled with the workload I won't pretend otherwise. Then as if by magic and completely out of nowhere a new team appeared.

Hip63

Has done a fabulous job keeping track of the many updates to the mod and building us our installer programs. He's been very patient and forgiving. At one point he didn't have his own internet access. I'd have him download a gig's worth of data and somehow get it home and build a new installer only for some minor bug to crop up which meant he had to go through the whole process again. I don't remember him complaining once.

Karajorma

TBP already had a nice stable engine in the form o the SCP 3.6.9 release but even that engine struggled with the size of our game. We had a few nasty bugs and Karajorma put a lot of time into hunting them down and eradicating them. Giving us what is probably the most stable version of the FS2/SCP game engine out there. The final release of TBP is really very solid and a lot of that is down to Karajorma.

Fubar and Vidmaster

Fubar and Vidmaster have given TBP a lot of their spare time. They have been frustratingly efficient and hawk eyed beta testers. At a time when we were lacking testers these two stepped up to the plate. They have fed Karajorma and myself with precise information on the bugs we had to deal with. Often going one stage further in my case and telling me how to fix them! And what discussion of Fubar and Vidmaster would be complete without mentioning multiplayer. Before these two TBP was a solitary single player experience. But between them they willed multiplayer into existence. Not to mention writing all the multiplayer missions. Multiplayer in TBP is down to Fubar and Vidmaster. Period.

Swantz

Swantz generously provided us the file server space we needed in order to do our work. This was vitally important. Without the space to trade files we would have been unable to progress. It's as simple as that.

I am very grateful to everyone who has helped me finish this mod. I hope you guys enjoy playing the thing as much as I am, and I look forward to blasting you out of the sky (with misplaced friendly fire venom shots mostly) on Thursday evenings during the multiplayer sessions. Thank you all.
Be warned: This site's admins stole 100s of hours of my work. They will do it to you.

Things never go as planned, do they? Who could have imagined what would happen with a simple campaign release? And now the servers are dying. Isn't it a shame we can't update the TBP credits now that the game has been decleared final?

It will always stay your mod IP but I am feeling a bit responsible for it's well being too. If you represent Mom and Dad, then we are...    ...what? I guess I dont want to find out  ;7

B5 FANS UNITE, WORLD DOMINATION IS IMMINENT!

shouldn't we do a new community highlight? (something like TBP has been completed...    ...again. This time for real. We hope.)

It was an honor guys. It still is. And not to mention it was fun.

Although I haven't contributed too much- motivating the team to do the Tiger Starfury and writing a few missions-
I have to say one thing:

A job well done by the whole team!

This space sim is simply one of the best ever made and I have greatly enjoyed every version that did go out as an official release for the past  three years...
It's an awesome labour of love made by fans for fans...
Thanks for anyone who has worked in TBP team or wrote missions in their spare time...
May the B5 universe never die!

Is there anything more to say?

Congradulations guys! and  a job very well done!

So have you thought about advertising your hard work on moddb or something?  I mean BTRL already won their indie game of the year it, and I think there is some kind of rule against winning twice, so looks like the way could be clear for you to have a crack at it.  And whats more, your already done! :D

Actually that's a pretty good idea. ModDB would also give us another mirror for the project too.

Which would be handy as there would probably be a sudden influx of players.

I'm surprised we haven't seen more activity here and on multiplayer. We've had an insane number of downloads lately.

Re: TBP 3.4b Final. Special thanks
Are you going to advertise on Moddb and take advantage of a free server for your files?  Cause I would really like to vote for ya for next year's Mod of the Year Competition.  But cant do that if your not there :D
