To me Sathanas reminds me of a mother. So think of the SJ Sathanas as the mother of all ships :P

I need to apologize, I said I'd have this done in two weeks, but I must admit,  this is one messy model. Not saying it's the creators fault, it's just whatever program made it made a lot of really small, unnecessary faces and many intersecting coplanar ones. It's kinda scared me off, but rest assured, I am working on it.

Looking foward to seeing it when esarai is finsihed. What sort of size are we taking here? Fenris? Aeolus? Deimos?

So, I need to apologize even more... I severely underestimated how booked my summer actually is. I leave for New Haven, CT tomorrow and I won't be able to finish the project for another 5 weeks. So, I feel that a preview is in order.


The Bottom side is untextured as of yet, and there are a few details that need filling in.

Feel free to go ahead an critique this, I will be able to read the responses, and will finish it as soon as possible when I return. I have also uploaded the model files used in Blender and 3DS formats, and the picture in .psd (Photoshop) and .jpg formats if anyone feels like continuing where I left off.

EDIT: I put the wrong link in for the picture the first time, and now its fixed. And don't think the texture distortion is part of the end result; that's just an artifact of the real-time display in blender.

That's completely wrong. Shivan names are the names of monsters, demons and hindu deities. If Lucifer was appropriate for a superdestroyer then Sathanas is MORE than appropriate for a Juggernaut.

To be honest I don't like the fact that ships which are more powerful than the Sathanas(I'm refering to INF, of course) don't have very-evil-names.

I think if Woo found a super-evil name that still sounded good it would work well, but he didn't so he just used obscure ones. I would really vomit if I saw "SSJ Devil".
