I think I'm going to have to call a rain-check, unfortunately, my Grandmother on my mothers side died in her sleep last night.

It's not unexpected, she's been on a constant slide down since Grandad died a few years ago, but it means that the next few days are going to be busy.

Hopefully we can sort something out at later date and I can finally get to meet you guys

The weirdest part is, on the day she went into hospital three weeks ago, she said to my Mum 'Bill's waiting for me.' (My Grandad was Bill).

She died on his Birthday.

ooh, spooky....Something kinda like that happened to me. When My Grandad died in 99, his funeral was on my 11th birthday...

I'll probabaly be there about six.ish. I've got IPA's phone number. (Thank god i forget that fact when i get "squiffy") so if i run late i can let people know.
When my grandad took a major drop in health due to cancer i got a call while i was on exercise in Glasgow by the Faslane sub base. I got flown back the next day even though i was halfway through it. Out of my Sergeant Majors own pocket. They were both great blokes

My phone may suffer credit death before tomorrow so i'll see you guys there

Wish I could come guys, but the presence of the MTD Auriga in close proximity to the Galatea means that I will have to miss this one again!

I will endevour to come to the next one, even if I have to get Ad. Helen, "Sexy" Shima to take control...May have to pull a favour or two though...
