That's a bug. I assume that you have an ATi Radeon video card?
One thing that you can do to fix this is get IrfanView, and open the shot. Do what is shown in the photo, and save the shots as filetype PNG quality 9. That will fix the colors and make them better quality
I have an Ati X1300. I got Irfanview. Which Photo do you mean ?
Saved them as .png (9), but they still look unnormal...

No pimped them with Gimp. That says...I gimped them.

I'm starting to get confused over what is the best format for pictures.
I think .bmp and .tga is. I only choose .jpg because it has the smallest filesize. In .tga this pictures would be looking way better, but with a average size of 2.2 MB.
I think .jpg is of lower Quality, but the most common format used in the Internet.
