You need to add the "show ship" flag in the table.

That feature hasn't been used yet.  Unless you have a cockpit model to use, you can ignore it for now.

You need to add the "show ship" flag in the table.

This will work for any of the HTL models.  The eyepoint is positioned at the pilot's eyepoint, so you should see the ship's cockpit.  There is a newer feature to actually define a cockpit model and its position, but AFAIK no one has actually made use of that feature yet.
