I took sparse notes in math classes and my handwriting is small enough that I could typically fit a semester's worth of notes onto one or two pages. I always did the homework on a computer as well. (still has to be printed, but it takes up a lot less pages :D)

I rarely take notes, only if forced by the teacher. And I always get 95+. Go me.

I wish I had a nice LCD monitor to heat my room with. :(

i had the teachers aid takes notes for me, as i had trouble paying attention (seriously, it's not an excuse) but i still got an 81% in my 9th grade math (i'm in 7th) i just wish there was an honors science. the 7th grade teacher gives s that many papers about everyclass. each. not counting homework. i'm serious.

Well, it can't be as retarded as the English curriculum where you do the exact same thing (with different books) for five years straight. Never learned a thing.

The thing with math is that you pretty much only do the boring crap until at least the upper undergraduate level, so most people never see anything interesting in the subject.
