No its not in any campaigns that im aware of.

According to the FS reference bible, Shivan Space Marines were ment to be included in a cuscene showing the the destruction Tombaugh station. However, that cutscene along with many others got canned in productions.

The idea of the Shivan space marine now only exists as the 20 seconds of Test footage included on the Silent Threat Disk

Surely you mean he DID survive the destruction of the Galatea. Otherwise the sentence doesn't make sense, it basically says that he died twice!
