Pretty thoughtful article about how most of our leaders dont seem have any clue how to deal with today's reality. Any thoughts?

Between that article and a few I've read about the situation in the middle east....looks like things are not good.  Need some better leaders it seems...but we haven't got too many on tap.  Just a few.

As for the topic: It's quite clear that those are not the world leaders that can do much to change things. Environmentalists will be the ones. The question is: Will their numbers and efforts be sufficient?

Bah!
I don't see the leaders any worse or any better than they were before. The problems are just getting bigger (as their scale is slowly unfolding).
