Terminator 4 trailer
http://v.youku.com/v_show/id_XMzYwODY0MjQ=.html

Actually it doesn't look so bad, and as a bonus it apparently has Christian Bale as John Connor. Just for that I'll see it.
"The reason for this is that the original Fortran got so convoluted and extensive (10's of millions of lines of code) that no-one can actually figure out how it works, there's a massive project going on to decode the original Fortran and write a more modern system, but until then, the UK communication network is actually relying heavily on 35 year old Fortran that nobody understands." - Flipside

This actually looks pretty good, and should be a damn sight better than T3... although on second thought, watching a live evisceration would be better than T3... actually, on third thought, experiencing an evisceration would be better than T3, so i've got high hopes for Salvation. :)

T3 gets the same reaction as FS3 from me. Not good at all T4 will be as good as watching T4 (the music show) in bed on a sunday

Also that youku interface is frickin sweet, very mellow like a dentists waiting room. I want it for youtube

Re: Terminator 4 trailer
as i recall, in t1, their were people still alive. and bruceter and connor manage to survive in t3 along with people transmitting through a radio at an abandoned base.

One of the things that really hurt T3 (in addition to bad writing) was bad acting on the part of the guy who played John Connor. Christian Bale is a great actor, so this time I dont think that will be a problem.

Re: Terminator 4 trailer
Not to mention they got Connor's age wrong. The guy was 10 in T2, but they muck that up in T3 by saying he was 13 when T2 took place

Quote from: IMDB Goofs page
Continuity: According to the Police database in Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991) John Connor was born in 1985 and is established as being 10 years old, therefore the film was set in 1995. However, at the beginning of Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003) John's voiceover says he was 13 during the events of Terminator 2. In the cemetery scene John tells Katherine that his mother, Sarah Connor, had fought with leukemia for 3 years before dying in 1997. This would have meant she was diagnosed in 1994, before the events of Terminator 2 which made no reference to this. According to promotional material, John Connor is 22 years old in Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003), meaning that this film should have been set in 2007 instead of 2003/2004.

Re: Terminator 4 trailer
Christian Bale to the worlds busiest actor, Samuel L. Jackson it makes no difference, if you have a bad scripted storyline for the character, and you got SLJ to play it, you would be calling him rubbish .

I guess im the only one here that like T3
FROM FS1
When the destroyers came for us, we attacked. Never had we been defeated. They were like the others: strange, hideous, resisting, fighting. Only these were not like the others: They did not die. We made our first retreat. We could forego one system. We left it to the destroyers and went elsewhere. But they followed. They hunted us. They followed us when we retreated, discovered where we lived.
For a long time we did not know why they chased us. They were no ordinary enemy. They did not seek our territory, our technology, our resources.
Now we know our crime was sin.
