OK im taking this ****ty random battle that i made on my first attempt on FRED so instead of this im putting a link to the mission that i made and will be making occasional updates to as i get better

i can not play it because something called parcelo.cpp tripped up on a lot of triggers you have their in line 667.

i got into the file and their are approx 10 colossus, 2 hades, 20 aeolus, 12 rakshasa, 2 lucifers and 6 Sathanas

you have too many big ships.

many ships enemy ships are missing their scores, typically 10,000 for 1 sathanas typically the same as what you would need for Lieutenant a rank. no mission breifing, debreifing or command breifing. no mission objectives or events.

overall needs more work

You need the latest trunk build I think. If not, then the other way around- you need an older build.

Don't post missions if you don't want honest comments. People judge honestly here: you need to earn their praise here, and likewise you need to earn their disdain.

I'd suggest reading the wiki on FREDing. Also be sure to check out Karajorma's FAQ, and his advanced FREDing lessons (stickied at the top of the board). Keep pumping out missions and you'll get really good at FREDing, but you don't need to post every single mission. If you eventually feel confident enough, sign up for the FRED Academy and try a few missions there.

what kind of role do you play in it? ie, interceptor, bomber, etc.

well i would say that the sathanas has the colossus fleet destroyed very quickly, even 2 sathanas' are enough for 10 colossus'. you would need BFRED for primary gun ports a few shots can rip the sathanas to pieces..
