I was just wondering, is the a way to change the debriefing according to when you actually fail the mission, for example, in the "Into the Maelstrom" mission, one for if you lost the convoy before the asteroid field, and one if after, etc. ?

Yeah, just make the debriefing conditions based on events that check progress, and use the -AND- operator etc. etc.

Yep, all you have to do is come up with a sensible SEXP. In the example stated having a waypoint at the entrance to the asteroid field and checking whether the ships passed it or not in an event would work. In the debrief you simply check if the event is true or false.

You are limited only by your imagination and ability to come up debriefing stages. And the fact that you can only have 40 of them.

Any BtRL build will do it so you have that in TBP.
