an art assignment. more like an i o u to an art teacher

i do not know what to think of this, my best i can do with this drawing direct from one of my pictures that this teacher asked me to do. i was wonder what you guys think, shall i give it over or try again?

It depends on what the teacher wants, to me it's really nice, but I'm clueless about what's demanded.

BTW- anyone else think "Chuck Norris?!" after seeing the thumbnail?

I was thinking along the lines of "rambutan".

But, seriously speaking, I have no right to pile an insult. I submitted my second version of a self-portrait two weeks back, and some of my classmates told me it looked like Mao Zedong. :wtf:
