Unfortunately, I don't know how to make normal maps. Also, I'm not sure how well the model would take them, given the atrocious way in which I mapped it...

You could try to add normal maps if you want though...

Fine, though it hasn't changed much since I last showed it (mostly I just fixed the smoothing, added the LODs and debris, and converted the maps to DDS).

Sorry for bumping, but does anyone have a table entry for the Aurora, I can't find a seperate one of its own and I can't get the one I tried using from Blue Planet to work.

I don't think I have a copy of the original Aurora table lying around. What seems to be the problem?

Something in the table that isn't written to recognize the HTL Aurora files I'm guessing.

Already renamed it so it matches with the .pof that was provided in the download, that didn't solve it before.

Are you trying this in Blue Planet? If so, put the model into ...\[Blue Planet folder]\data\models
Otherwise, I don't know how to help much more unless I see the table or directory tree or something.

I was just putting the files in the FreeSpace 2 / Data folder so I wouldn't need Blue Planet but I did just have an idea now...
