I'm sorta back working on this...

To give everyone a status update, the current situation is as follows:

- all needed ships and weapons are done
- story is written out for this and the next chapter
- approx 16 missions done, roughly 9-10 missions left to do
- my FREDers vanished, taking 3 almost done missions with him (accounted for above)

I have tweaking and testing to do for the done mission, I could fix up the Orion mk2 (some UV mapping errors on it's behind), maybe do some minor tweaks on some other stuff, but that's mainly it. Doing 10 new missions + testing all the old ones is a lot of work, so I got to ask:

ANY FREDer WILLING TO HELP ME OUT A LITTLE HERE?

Aditionally, I also have to ask if anyone would be interested in me releasing a demo of a sorts with 10-12 missions?

Since I' m starting to work on it again, I got to see just how smooth it will go.

It depends on how many FREDers (even a single mission helps a lot) and testers (bugs, bugs bugs..I hate em) I can get.

Yea, I may be able to help with testing, but I have yet to play your first FOW chapter because of a problem.  There's a missing .POF model file in it named, "Typhoon.POF".  I check your FOW Models VP file and it wasn't in there.  I think you may want to fix that.

Same here. I have no project involved and I could FRED a small mission as leisure. I don't have much experience though.

Sure...I made Flames of War and open group on sectorgame.

People that want to join can now simply request to join (go to usergroups, select Flames of War and send request).

I seem to be in the usergroup but I can't access the Flames of War forum. It's not on the main page and when I try to open it with search i get the message that the forum does not exist. Anyone else have this problem?

- new wepnz, new effects added
- new interface stuff added
- several mission tested and tweaked
- 2 more missions done, 2 more on the way




That's 20 missions done so far. Not counting the cutscene missions. Not bad, but there's still a few left to go.
