Boystrous 19 year old temp at work slapped me in the face with an envelope and laughed it off as playful. So I shoved him over a desk and laughed it off as playful. It's on camera so I can plead reasonable force.  Temp is now passive.

I've been all over this concept ever since I saw that trailer.  I know it'd utterly screw with my fear of heights, but who gives a damn. :p

I just can't believe EA is making such an awesome game.

Here's hoping they don't screw it up.

Spore was made of fail because of DRM and repetitive gameplay. Mirror's Edge looks more appealing. The Parkour element, if properly implemented, could turn the game into the next Portal.

as is Prince of Persia by the way.
I am a huge fan of this stuff (and like to do this myself, although not as over the top as in these games of course  ;7).

I've played a very small part of it (basically the main bit from the videos), and its going to be pretty sweet i think. The default controls are a little odd at first, but they start to grow on you as you use it.  graphically its amazing.  Combat was dead hard, but i think it'll make sense if you actually know what you're doing.  can't wait to see it in full

Played the demo of this that was released just recently. I've been interested since those trailers were released, but actually playing it just launched the game to the top of my to-buy list. Brilliant fun.

Just rent Dead Space. It's a lot of fun but it hasn't much replay value.

I guess it depends on how you judge a game purchase-worthy. I've always bought on quality, never length.

Oh, me too, but I've got to be frugal, and if I'm going to only play the game once -- even if I treasure the memory! -- I can't justify $60.

That said, I loved Dead Space and I'm looking forward to any possible sequel. I played it with a large audience and it was a blast -- some of the deaths got a ton of cheers, in particular. And I had to play the final boss battle upside down in order to complete it, which earned standing applause. It was fun!

EDIT: can't justify 60, not can
