I politely requested that you remove the "Kazan, ..." personality from your oracle multiple times.  Each time you said you would.  It has recently be brought to my attention that you continue to have that personality on your oracle.  If you do not remove this personality I will be forced to make this a legal issue.

Your character assasination can potentially detriment the business I am going into.  This makes it grounds for legal action.  

I have tried several times to settle this in a polite manner.

My IP was actually banned once or twice on the VBB when I was still on a 56k; I guess that the randomly-assigned IP happened to match that of some guy who was already banned.

Anti-Kazan: Yes, I'll agree that's what the thread turned into. However, keep in mind there is a distinction between justified and unjustified 'anti-ness' (to make up a new word )

Now, because I'm following Thunder's request not to start flaming (or even say anything that could be viewed as one) I'll stop there.

Still. I will say that Kazan posted a similar message (e.g. something that really should have been in e-mail) on the VWBB; as he's done multiple times before. So it's not like you're the sole recipients here at HLP
