People place and duties are perfectly reasonable. The fact that every other time i've done it previously, i've been part of at least a three strong team seems beyond the (other) managers though.

I'm on effectively a triple workload volume for a (meagre) pay increase. 21k a year, potentially up to 27 in five years, buit there's no point staying if i'm unhappy.
