what ships have been made are WIP or whatever? and will you have costume non-canon ships?

As far as I know there's no non-canon ships yet, but you're going to see most of canon HW2 ships in first release

Actually, I don't think there's a need for non-canon ships. Homeworld had everything.

Hiigaran Ion Cannon Frigate
Hiigaran Probe
