I'm thinking of doing an intro cinematic mission similar to the one at the start of Blue Planet, except it involves a convoy getting its ass handed to it. What I want to happen is for there to be absolutely no sound except the music while the convoy gets ripped up in slo-mo.

The music and slo-mo works fine, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to get all sound effects to not play. If you want an example of what I'm talking about, the second half of the FEAR intro scematic is a good demonstration (In fact, that's the music I plan on using.)

Well I ran into the opposite problem, I couldn't hear any sound, this was because the camera point was way too far away for it to pick up anything, so I'd recommend if you can't sexp that issue, you place the camera a bit further back, and if your using smaller ships have the sun reflect off the top so they look a bit more visible

That's an idea that could work if I mess with the FOV.

Another idea is to make duplicate table entries of everything involved with all sound entries set to -1. This should be a fun little problem... :3
