Is this supposed to be broken? I have no idea how to get the missions from the box on the upper left to the mission tree on the right.

Read the FRED manual.  Took me a while to figure that out too, and if I could remember off the top of my head I'd tell you, but I can't, so you'll just have to look it up.  FRED manual should be in freddocs somewhere in your FS2 folder.

I think every FREDder who's ever opened the campaign editor has had this problem at one point or another I Know I did.
