About two days ago, the highest ranked Freespace player (currently) got promoted to the rank of "Admiral"...

Until he got promoted there were only two admirals in the world, Xinny and Zer0... there are now three, and Hurricane is currently second place with

9,044,039 points
42,194 kills
3,106 missions played
33.11.22 played time (days/hours/minutes)

I don't remember being on Freespace one night without seeing him, sometimes when there was nobody else playing Freespace (which was quite often) he'd be sitting in the lobby, just waiting.  His total playing/waiting in PXO must total at least 2-3 months.

Just thought that since he's been working for about 3 years to get to this rank everyone congratulate this Brazilian Freespace Veteran!

It's not that he really has a lot of 'spare time'...

He's in his early 20's (22 I think) living on his own in an apartment in Brazil.  He doesn't even have a 3D accelerator on his computer, so he can't even play FS2.

But since he started playing he's had the desire to get to the very top of FS1, which he's less than a million points away from now i think!

I don't know what you guys think, but to get that high, that many kills, those missions, you have to have a lot of self-discipline and determination!!!
