If this is an April fools joke, it is very tastless. I expect the true joke will be quite clever. I belive this guy just suffered brain injury and needs to be put out of his misery.

Well.....do they kick the IP after they ban?

I know some boards/sites the IP stays logged for an hour unless actually booted.
