I tried to make the Gigas stable in truespace and it worked. However this happened:

 

It looks fine in truespace, Modviw32 but looks like this in FRED2 and FS2. How can I fix the arm?
(Note I used Truespace 1 for this)

Shards'o Death, you have used more than the Poly max for one subobject, remove subobjects from the main hull geometry.

try clicking the "decompose into subobjects" button, and removeing the subobjec from the model.

Found out why there is only one object so all the turrets have merged with the hull.

Yep. Pof2Cob does that... which is very annoying, because it means you can't edit the model without having to do some MAJOR work.

I now have a stable Gigas model made in TS1.

However it has no sub objects. Is anyone interestes in helping me to build new turrets for it?
I need at least the 4 main beams to work. It also requires retexturing. It only has 1 LOD (but I want to keep it that way)
