Mobius you're starting to sound like exactly the kind of project-leader that I go out of my way to avoid, what kind of leader actually celebrates one of his team leaving in disgust? If you want the responsibility of being the leader of the team then you really need to be working to deal with conflicts not simply trying to get rid of the people you don't get on with.
Snail, I just find it unfortunate that you are pleased you left something that you used to have such an affection for, it's a pity the problems couldn't be sorted beforehand, however, keep it to PM's, there's no point airing dirty washing in this thread.
