Well, Sturgeon's law is often times applicable to pretty much everything, so 90% sounds quite right. :p

I'm the crazy conservative pudding stirrer!  I'll be the only voice of reason if I happen to be around.  I'm back from a recent hiatus of a couple years.

Don't let these yahoos scare you there too much, they're "mostly" harmless, they just like to yell alot.
