I really enjoy atmospheric missions ,so I would like to create landscape models by generating them in program made for terrain generation. Can you tell me which program is the best for it? Keep in mind that I don't want to spend a cent for the software ,so this program has to be free. I want to export both landscape and texturing.
I hope it's possible ,TBP landscape is quite lo-poly for me ,and texture is not the best for object for this size.

Never tried exporting (I just use it for beautiful renders), but you should try www.planetside.co.uk/terragen/ (Terragen)

Ok ,it works fine ,but I cannot export terrain textures (I really don't want to use this TBP bottom form skybox).

How does Terragen handle the texture?

Does the model keeps the uv coords after export?
If so, load the model into Lithunwrap ( free ) and apply a texture there.

if not:

You could try loading the model in Truespace 7.6 ( which is free ), unwrap it there, and then apply a texture.

The problem isn't inability to apply the texture ,but inability to get texture. If I manage to get it out of Terragen ,everything will be fine. Do you know how to do this?

I've only used TS enough to realize that I never want to use it again ( :p), so bear with me here and overlook my stupidest questions.

Why don't you export Terragen's Height Map to Truespace, create a plane with several thousand polygons and apply the image from Terragen as a displacement map? That would give you Terragen's terrain in Truespace (admittedly with a lower polycount and, as such, with less detail. However, that is not necessarily a bad thing, because Terragen likes to think in terms of millions of polys, which is not ideal for in-game use.)

That's what I do with 3dsMax, and it works rather well...
