Hi!
i use launcher 5.5 and fs2_open_3_6_10_RC2.exe
i recenty tried to use this flag:
-mod mods\awakenings,mods\blueplanet,mods\BWO_demo,mods\cardinalspear,mods\derelict,mods\destinyofpeace,mods\DeusExMachina,mods\fsport-mediavps,mods\fsport-str,mods\homesick,mods\JAD,mods\PI,mods\port,mods\STL,mods\Sync,mods\Transcend,mods\Twilight,mods\Warzone,mediavps

to make it so that i could change campaign easily.
the problem is, when i then try to go to a campaign, it says that it cannot find a certain number of ships.

i have downloaded the MVP complete and MVP music 10 from the 3.6.10 forum. i have also placed them correctly ( iknow this because when i upload these mods one at a time via the mods tab, it works fine and finds all the ships)

can anyone help or am i forever doomed to launching these things one by one?

One by one.

The point of mod folders is that many mods include their own table files. They change certain aspects of the game, like ships and weapons. Since you've configured your game like that, it'll use all the mods and when one mod has its own table files, the game engine will use them instead of anything else and that certainly will affect other mods. So yes, please use the mods one by one. There are some cases where you'll need to use more than one mod, but in those cases the installation instructions will advise you of it.

thanks! you've saved me hours of trying different approaches.

now, im new, so, is it protocol to delete this or keep it up for other peoples future reference or wait until a mod deletes it?

If it is spam, it will be locked.
If it is mindless and completely unrelated spam (advertisements and such), it will be deleted.

This thread is neither. And even if it were, you couldn't delete it. Only moderators and administrators can.
