The problem with fake ones is that they mostly look like someone cut a grapefruit in half. I suppose they can be done well, but for the most part they're pretty obvious.

Also, small (proportionate!) boobs can be really hot.

Not to mention that implants can be dangerous for the woman. They could burst and she may not be able to breast feed. Maybe some hormone therapy can change the size if estrogen is added or subtracted, just like more testosterone can make a woman grow facial hair and less for a man might make him have smaller muscles. But in the end, the person themselves should matter most and beauty is only skin deep and doesn't last anyways since I will get old. Plus, it is impossible to look good for everyone since everyone has different preferences.

This.  They look like they're drawn/sculpted on half the time.  Or else they're so obscenely large that they wobble about like two sacs of...well...fluid.

Also this.  In general, at least in the visual sense (as I have no knowledge of the tactical sense), I prefer the somewhat smaller end of the scale.  Huge breasts aren't incredibly appealing to me unless they're in proportion with the rest of her build, which often fails to be the case.

Yeah, for example, if I had an oriental woman with a pretty flat nose, which is just the cutest kind of nose IMO, and she destroyed her face by getting surgery to make her nose not flat anymore and look big, I would feel like leaving her because she destroyed her natural beauty on purpose and wouldn't put my feelings into consideration or have enough self respect to keep her natural beauty as is. Caring about your looks is one thing, but going that far is just ridiculous. If I moved to VN or Japan, for example, I would keep my natural look and never flatten my nose. I also would never get tattoos or pearcings for a couple reasons. But hair cutting or dying natural colors is no big deal, one reason being because it is reversable and also because it doesn't appear out of the ordinary, in most cases. Just my thoughts. I guess telling the woman you love that she is beautiful often is the best way for her to keep enough confidence to not even think about changing her natural beauty.
