I can tell she has bigger boobs in the second pic, but there are a lot of other differences, for some reason her face looks better in the second pic and that was actually the first thing I picked up on, half a second before I noticed 'oh, boob job, that's what this is about'.

but in the first pic, she has a longer looking diamond shaped head, with rattier looking hair done in a weird hair style that looks almost like a mullet.
if I put my hand over the head, between just the bodies, yeah, I guess the lower one is a bit more appealing, but I did have to think about it for a sec.

breast size is not some direct simple measure of beauty. when I try to explain this to girls, the best I can do is big breasts vs little breast are like two different flavors, some times you want chocolate sometimes you want something fruity, it just depends what your preferences are and what you are in the mood for.

honestly my criteria for judgment goes waist size -> face -> breast. and (like I said already) bigger is not better, some girls look better with smaller breasts.

Personally I liked her body/face/hair in the first pic, it's a popular hairstyle over here with chicks in their teens upwards to late twenties. The visible tan and the body did it for me in the first one, regardless of her boobs.

The thing is tho, tits are a secondary sexual organ while the penis is the primary, so there's that discrepancy of the job it serves, but still, plastic tits or cardboard penis.

There is in fact such a thing as too large, and I've heard this repeated by many many women. Too large = painful, awkward. At some point it's not all going to fit in there anyway, so why bother?

Also, I would probably be even more grossed out by a fake penis than by fake boobs.

She looks much better in the first picture.  All of that cosmetic surgury and implants and stuff make you look "technically" more attrative (bigger, better, whatever etc.) but I think its pretty much impossible to completely cover up what was there before.  When you look at someone you're subconsciously sizing up their genetics.  Their proportions, shape, hair colour, eye colour, angles, lines, etc.  These all indicate genetics and genetic history.  Start seriously messing around and it just starts to look a little off...at least to me.
