Problem with Mission: Slipping the Noose
I have problem loading a mission call Slipping the Noose, its part of the raider war campaign.

I suspect that's your problem. The path to your TBP folder is much too long for the code to handle it well. Move the entire folder somewhere shorter and it should work.

In general it's a bad idea to install to the desktop too.

1. You're using TBP as a FS2 mod. Wrong. TBP is a standalone game; it should be kept completely separate from your FS2 installation.

And you have remembered to try with a regular build instead of a debug build?

And the launcher is saying something about  Unreconized command line parameter "-jpgtga"
That's a flag that was required with FSO 3.6.9. 3.6.10 builds enable that feature automatically and the flag isn't used anymore. Clicking OK or equivalent should remove the flag from the settings.

try a RC3 inf build and download zathras........


personaly i would suggest before you do that to get rid of it all and reinstall...but that is me ...

if you do install it to

something suitible for your system..............;

You can always try. But I just noticed something else: the logs state that your OpenGL version is 1.2 APPLE-1.4.56. Even though the absolute theoretic minimum required by FSO is 1.2, in practice it should be at least 2.0. You should check if there happen to be any newer graphics drivers available for your graphics card / the whole Mac. Intel graphics solutions are ****ing awesome.
