The top left bird?  They're all F-16s from different National Guard units, the yellow iconography on the tip of the vertical stabilizer is the New Mexico flag, the particular Viper is from the 150th Fighter Wing 'The Tacos'

Pity about what seems to be a heat haze on the aircraft, but the vortices are beautiful.

I'd guess low-lying fog that is being swept away by the aircraft punching through it so the sun behind it casts the glow.
