Momentarily, at least

Several significant things have occured, some of which are interesting and others that are not so interesting (or not as interesting as I had hoped).
A while back I was
barely accepted into my college of choice, and so I was determined to end my high school career with strong grades. Thus I devoted a large amount of time to school, and eventually graduated (apparently I was in the top 10% of my class). Once finished with high school, I awaited a reply from Microsoft, reasonably confidant that I would get a job there since I was so ridiculously overqualified. The job would pay for college next year and everything would be great.
At least, it would have been.
It turns out that I was competing against the only other intern that was as ridiculously overqualified as I was (We were acquaintances at school). After waiting until nearly the end of June, I finally e-mailed Microsoft in an attempt to get an answer. They did finally reply - I hadn't gotten the job. They had forgotten to send me a
canned response about me being rejected. Thanks for nothing. I now have no job over the summer and can only pay for 2 quarters of my college year because I don't qualify for any financial aid whatsoever (The FAFSA apparently thinks my parents will be contributing a fifth of their income to help me

). So...
Option A: Work at subway at minimum wage for the entire summer.
Option B: Pray to god I can pick up enough jobs around campus to pay for the last quarter of college.
Of course, because I like doing things the hard way, I picked Option C: Start my own company. I've been planning to do this for ages but circumstances have forced me to begin preparations for the creation of Black Sphere Studios much sooner then anticipated. Thus, I present 2 weeks worth of handiwork: The
Black Sphere Studios website.
Unfortunately I've run out of time to work on the website because I need to focus on our actual product instead of a website that has nothing to show except
my profile and
some music (I still need to move all my music over there too). So I've simply put the website on hold, after spending all day plugging up every last XSS attack vector I could possibly find. Unfortunately I must now focus my efforts on bringing our project to a presentable state so we can begin beta testing as soon as possible, so I will likely vanish once again. But hey, might as well send in a status update here, in case anyone was curious...
