Ok....I decided i might as well show i haven't been totally idle for the past few weeks.  This is my 3rd MAX-made ship.  I kind of regard this as 3rd generation (2nd being the Reciprocity ships up to the Reshef & Surt).... i've tried to get everything done well here - mapping, LOding and even adding insignia.

I think these are the final maps, I've kind of ran out of stuff to add at the mo.

I did actually intend to keep this secret, but I'm pretty proud of it, and I wanted to show off.  so there :ha: :cool:

lipping on the guns over the cockpit, although it's only evdient in the techroom.  dunno if it needs fixed.

I think I used the Boanerges concept for it.......

awesome;)

(the only part that i don't like are the "panels" that seems air duct in the front section of the engines,
it's more due the geomery than the map as far as i can see, but you may try to split those panel to follow the geometry

I can do good texturing too you know styxx:mad: just give me some time for one model and my textures can be really good...

BTW the ship is awsome :wink: :yes: , and it looks like some sort of police bonarges. :p so make some sort of campaign with Police ships. :D

personally, i hated the Boanerges, so i guess my dislike for the original monstrosity detracts from my appreciation of this ship, but DAMN! thats awesome.  How do you make textures like that?

Aldo, that's SWEET. It makes me think of a heavily armored dolphin of all things. I love it. Perhaps a heavily armored killer whale. :D
