MODVIW32_HI and POFCS2 screen freezing !

When I start these programs my screen freez and I have to restart.
I am not sure what cause the problem, some suggestion?

Some useful stuff when asking for technical support would be the OS you're using, are you using the latest versions of these proggies etc.? Also, Modview is of... limited use these days, but the fact that both it and PCS2 are freezing might help someone more technologically adept than me figure out the problem.

Sorry for that, the OS is WinXp. Should both the newest version. I wanted to use Modview to get a better overview for the turrets.
The same happen when I try to use photoshop or FreeSpaceOpenInstaller, my PC Freez.
Could it be something with the network settings ?

No idea. But, for the millionth time, DO NOT USE THE INSTALLER.
