I actually had some yesterday.  My sister found it on top of the fridge so we finished it up.  It's not THAT bad.  It tastes a little like eucharistic host.

It's basically bread without the yeast so it doesn't rise (goes back to the whole passover story about how when the Jews left Egypt they baked their bread on their backs in the sun and so the bread didn't rise and that's why we eat it). On passover you can't eat anything with yeast or stuff in it, so you can't eat bread or regular chocolate, or any stuff that you normally would (except for meat and fruit and vegetables stuff like that). It does suck to be a Jew...sometimes. Other times it's really cool...but not in the Middle East that's for sure. Poor sandwich. Anyway, if you have the chance to eat matzah and you don't have to, then don't.

And that folks is why God made Christianity.
