Oops, sorry, I need some help

I meant to move the topic RELEASE: Warzone SCP v2.3.2 (Beta version) to the FreeSpace Campaign Restoration Project public portion and accidentally moved it to announcements.  This was totally do to my inexperience and wonder if you could move it for me.  I don't seem to be able to do anything with it now that it is in the announcements.
Normal people believe that if it isn't broke, don't fix it. Engineers believe that if it isn't broke, it doesn't have enough features yet.
The difference between Mechanical Engineers and Civil Engineers is:
Mechanical Engineers build weapons.  Civil Engineers build targets
An optimist sees the glass half full; the pessimist sees it half empty. An engineer sees that the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.
