Personally I'd be tempted to stick the art forum in the Community Projects section under interviews. :D

I can't really see Interviews as a project either. But that's why they're at the bottom, below the real projects.

Both are community centric activities and both are more than just random chatter so I tend to agree with Goober that they should be more prominent than Gen Disc which basically means that community projects is the place for them.
