Ok, here is the problem. I got a new video card, a RADEON 9200 Pro Family, better than my old one.
The only problem is that it yells:

Swap -mipmap for -spec (or just drop -mipmap if you don't want shine maps for some reason, but be advised that ENV will NOT work without -spec, so if you don't use the shine maps, -env won't do you any good)

And I'm pretty sure, though I could be wrong, that the 9200 won't support -normal.

As well, get the 3610_Patch.vp (link in the Release Thread in Step 6).
