To resolve some linking errors, and looking forward to enabling the FSO engine to be compilable on the 2010 MSVC (and potentially resolve the issue with as-of-yet released compilers), the TrackIR implementation that has been used by the FSO Engine of the past is no longer.

It is now externalized into a separate DLL that will be required to be in your FS2 DIR in order to use either Freetrack or TrackIR
