This is seriously god damn hard.


The mission with the GVI Typhoon modified as a station and the refugee convoy, where it's your Sobek vs 3 Cruisers and a Deimos wow. I had to try it like 30 times .. But I guess I got some seriously awesome moments from it:

Intercepting the bombers that are about to make a strafing run on the Sobek. I destroy one as I'm coming at them from above, then as I turn around to get on their tail, all hell comes into view. Flaks, lasers, 4-5 beam cannons flailing around, the Sobek, colors and explosions everywhere, and I'm just sitting there with my mouth open, not even firing, thinking "war is hell..."

Yeah, this mission is quite impressive. It also becomes quite easy to be caught in flaks, AAA and slash beams.

And teh end is bogus. I never managed to have the governor quietly dock on the GVI. It always rams itself to death in its hull.

S' been a long while since I played Derelict so I can't really remember which missions this is.

Remember the blockade where lucy2 appears. Disarm cruisers, the G key is your best friend and pray to the giant subspace chicken that all goes well.

I spent literally like two hours replaying that mission because I was waiting for the shuttle to dock, only to find out that they were smashing themselves to death against the station. 

That patch should be easier to find.

Yeah, Twilight was pretty meh... Now if the FSCRP was able to give it a complete creative overhaul, it might be decent, though. It did have a pretty decent BoE-esque battle going on at one point that was very player-friendly, if I remember correctly.
