Those are so different, it's not even funny.
The Doolittle Raid took place in April 1942 as a "just to show we can" raid and let the Japanese know we wouldn't just roll over. It killed a grand total of 60 people on all sides, and wounded 400 more.
The firebombings of Tokyo took place on the night of March 9-10 (I was off by a week), and killed at least 83,000 people, and some figures go as high as 100,000. Total casualties (not just fatalities) go as high as 500,000 people. The total death toll of Hiroshima on the day of the bombing was 66,000. The casualties for both Hiroshima and Nagasaki combined never climbed past 300,000.
