I'd like to think my prejudice isn't as bad as theirs'. I don't think men suck. But if you put two strangers in front of me, one man and one women, held a gun to my head, and told me to guess which one was more trustworthy, say you'll shoot if I guess wrong, and (as far as I know) all other things being equal? I'd pick the woman without a second thought. That's just what my experience has taught me.

But fine. Rationally and morally? Yes, I don't think either gender is superior. We're two halves of the same coin of humanity, different but equal, and both as important to the whole. Things get very ****ed up when you start putting one above the other. A lot of people, men and women, would be happier if that that fact was embraced. But again, hold a gun to my head, and there's no doubt who I'd pick. I have the right to say that.

I'm not trying to be a sexist asshole.  Seriously, ask any woman that knows me in person, and they'll tell you I'm one of the nicest guys around.

I just happen to like NSA sex a lot more than having to be involved with one person only.  I've got a regular group of girls I go out and drink with, go off-roading, shooting, etc. with that I'm no way involved with on a sexual basis, but just as friends with similar interests.  And most of them are in committed relationships or married. 

I just can't stand most single women though...sorry, but being cheated on 17 times in the past 3 years (yes, exactly 17), I've just gotten sick of that ****.

Something I'm noticing with this tread and the previous one especially is that some folks seem to think a relationship is about getting in her pants.  If thats what your looking for thats fine, but a long term sustainable relationship?  That's more about finding someone you enjoy being with and who makes you feel alive.  If you're trying to strike up a relationship solely for getting it on, or at least with it being the high priority then its not going to work.  You can't keep that fire burnin' just on lust.

Now I'm not bagging on casual sex but you need to recognize what you're actual objective is and plan accordingly before you engage.

Wow, I'm frankly amazed by these last few threads. Maybe a lot more of you would have a woman in your life if you didn't try to treat it like you're shooting a frakking porno. Let's try to keep the sexes equal here, if these conversations must occur. I've got some great female friends that I'm not dating and I don't try to get in their pants every time I see them. Turns out it helps. Just my $0.02

Problem with this thread is that there is little correlation between the poll and the opinions.

I think if there was you'd find that the people with the sexist opinions were also usually the ones in the brief relationships or no relationship at all.

Coming from someone who is actually friends with a number of them, maybe if you weren't sexist assholes then the ones worth knowing might actually talk to you. From my experience the average woman is a hell of a lot nicer and more trustworthy than the average man. Probably (in real world, everyday terms) smarter too. Whatever. Blame me for having a feminist of a mother. And two older sisters who were ridiculously successful out of high school - I'm pretty much the black sheep of the family.
